While the incident took place on March 17, Damar who got out of his house in Mesopotamia Neighborhood noticed a vehicle he did not know. Walking to the party building, Damar tried to ditch the person that got out of the vehicle in question following him. Damar who noticed that the person was still following him, told the people in the party that he was being followed. With the intervention of the party members and the people from the neighborhood, the people following Damar fleed.  Damar filed a criminal complaint with the District Police Department demanding the identification and arrest of individuals following him.   Speaking to Mesopotamia Agency (MA) regarding the incident, Damar underlined that he is being followed by unknown people for a long time and said: "I filed a criminal complaint before. I told the police that I was being followed by armed people and that I have no life safety. The police told me that they were going to look into it. But the people who were following me fleed before they got to the scene. I hid in a street when I noticed them and when they passed me by, I started to follow them. Then I realized that there was another car that was following me."   'THEY FLEED WHEN MY FRIENDS FROM THE PARTY CAME'   Stating that he was cornered by some cars that were following him in an alley, Damar said: "I called my friends from the party when I realized that they were aiming to hurt me. They came and saw it for themselves. They followed me to the city center not caring about the surveillence cameras on the streets." Stating that when his friends came, Damar wanted to go to the people and ask them why they were following him and that he called the police, Damar told that the individuals fleed when him and his friends approached them. Damar told that they were able to get the licence plate.   'IT'S 90'S ALL OVER AGAIN'   Stating that he called his lawyer and they filed a criminal complaint, Damar reminded that there were people in the 90's abducting and killing people and said: "It's the 90's all over again. We are in democratic politics. Everything we do is out in the open. We do not know who these people are. We want the police to look into this and shed a light on who these people are. Are these the people who killed our people back in the 90's? This is what I believe."     MA / Ahmet Kanbal
