	ISTANBUL - The General Directorate of Security filed a criminal complaint against the HDP Istanbul congress, which was attended by thousands of people.

	The General Directorate of Security filed a criminal complaint with the Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor for the 4th Ordinary Congress of the Istanbul Provincial Organization, which was held yesterday by the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) and attended by thousands of people. The police cited the slogans chanted for PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan and the singing of "organizational" marches as grounds for the criminal complaint.&nbsp;
