Locals stated that the fire in the Balolan region started after the bombardment of Turkish warplanes and was getting closer and closer to the neighborhood. Locals also said that firefighters intervened to the fire at some points only to prevent the fire from reaching residential areas.   4 DETEAINED   On the other hand, 4 people were detained in the raids carried out by the soldiers on the houses in the neighborhood early this morning.
