Şenyaşar family to get appointment to meet with prosecutor

	URFA - Continuing his demand for justice with his mother, Ferit Şenyaşar told that they tried to get an appointment with the prosecutor and noted, "We will see if the court house is a door to justice like the minister said or if it is a door to tyranny."

	 

	The sit in Şenyaşar family refers to as the 'Justice Watch' started by Emine Şenyaşar who lost her husband and two sons in the attack carried out by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP Urfa MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız and Ferit Şenyaşar who survived the attack wounded is on its 184th day today. The family arrived at the court house a little bit later than usual because they had a weekly phonecall with Fadıl Şenyaşar who is held in solitary confinement in Elazığ Prison for defending his family from an armed attack.

	Drawing attention to his mother's health issues, Ferit Şenyaşar said: "Despite her health issues, my mother sits on a concrete pavement whole day, every day. We want to speak to the prosecutors who walk by us everyday but they reject seeing us. The Minister of Justice said that the court houses are doors to justice. We will try to make an appointment with the prosecutor once again today. We will try to get information about our case. We will see if the court house is a door to justice like the minister said or if it is a door to tyranny. I hope he accepts to see us and that the minister is right and the court houses are doors to justice."
