According to the information we recieved, Turkey is doing this with some other actors from Bashur. The people of Başur knows that too. But the purchasing of lands in Başur is a new method. The people are very angry about this."    THEY WANT TO DEPOPULATE THE REGION    Stating that the selling of the lands in Kurdistan will lead to a disaster, Karamus said that they will never accept that. As the KNK, we will stand against any attack against any part of Kurdistan."    Stating that a national attitude must be taken regarding the recent developments, Karamus said: "We are making efforts to end this crisis and dangerous situation in Southern Kurdistan. Today, we warn the forces that remain silent against the invasion of Turkey and the Kurdish forces working with Turkey, and call them to correct their mistake. We know that there are local forces that work with Turkey. We tried really hard to stop Kurdish blood from being spilled. We called on all parties to stand against war over and over again. Turkey will benefit from a war among Kurds. We hope that  Kurdish institutions and organizations will come together under the umbrella of the KNK. The Kurds should resolve their internal problems through dialogue and the Kurds should not remain silent. Silence is death. We must raise our voice against the sale of Kurdistan lands. We stand against this with a national stance and attitude. We believe that the Kurdish people will stop this war with a national stance."     MA / Zeynep Durgut
