	ANKARA - The Constitutional Court &nbsp;justified the rejection of Ömer Faruk Gergerlioğlu's application for the annulment of his parliamentary membership with Article 85 of the Constitution.

	&nbsp;

	The Constitutional Court (AYM) announced the justification for the rejection of Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Deputy Ömer Faruk Gergerlioğlu's dismissal. In the decision published in the Official Gazette, it was stated that the Constitutional Court did not have the duty and authority to examine the case.
