	Celebrations in the Newroz Area in Batman started with the slogan "Let's resist with the Newroz fire, let's liberate ourselves". "Newroz is the great revolt of women", "HDP is the people, the people are here", "HDP is hope, hope is standing tall" banners were hung with green, yellow, red, purple, white flags and HDP flags, while the banners like "Newroz be pîroz be" and "Newroz jiyane" were carried by the people.
