Seeing their clients in prison considered a crime 2020-11-26 14:10:23   İSTANBUL - Lawyers detained in Bursa are accused of seeing their clients in prison.    Lawyers Cahit Kırkazak, İbrahim Korhan and Mehmet Deniz Büyük, who were detained in house raids in Bursa yesterday morning, are being held at the Gendarmerie Provincial Command. It was stated that the lawyers, who were given a 4-day detention period, were detained because they visited their clients in the prison.   Attorney Veysel Eksik, who met with his clients, said that lawyers were detained due to their professional activities. Stating that the interviews they had with their clients who were in prison and whom they had taken on the power of attorney were the subject of accusations, Eskik told that the detained lawyers were acquitted of the same charges a week ago, but were detained again for the same reason.   CONFIDENTIALITY ORDER ON THE FILE   Stating that the police who raided the houses of the lawyers had a search warrant but they did not have a warrant for their detention, Eksik said the police provided the warrant for detention after they detained the lawyers and a confidentiality order was issued on the file.
