3 citizens detained in Nusaybin

	MARDİN - 3 citizens were taken into custody during home raids carried out by the police.

	Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Assembly member Samiye Demir was taken into custody following a raid in the office of her friend in Nusaybin district of Mardin on Wednesday.

	 

	Police forces then searched Demir’s house and detained Demir’s brother and another person in the town center.

	 

	An investigation launched by Mersin Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office was cited as the basis of the detention.
