The body of Barış Bardakçı, a HPG member, who lost his life in a clash that took place on May 31 in Çukurca, Hakkari, is not given to the family on the grounds that the Hakkari Public Prosecutor is on leave. Apply to Hakkari Prosecutor's office next week to claim the body."   PROSECUTOR IS ON VACATION   The family who called the prosecutor's office a week later was told that they should wait for the prosecutor to return from vacation, and that he will most likely be returning when the court year leave is over. With this response, the lawyers of the Bardakçı family stepped in but couldn't get any results on the phone with the prosecutor on duty. The prosecutor on duty told the lawyers that they can not release the body because they do not have the case file in their possession."    The Bardakçı family will wait for the arrival of the prosecutor on duty on September 1, when the new court year will begin, to receive the body.
