				BATMAN- 
			
				Specialized Sergeant M.O who raped İ.P in Batman was released with judicial control order after statement to the prosecutor's office.
		
	
		17 year old İ.P attempted suicide with a fire arm, after being raped by specialized sergeant M.O in Batman. M.O who was detained after the family learned about the abuse, was referred to Siirt Court of Peace on Duty with the accusation of 'child molestation'.
	
		&nbsp;
	
		The Criminal Court of Peace decided to release M.O by applying a ban on traveling overseas ban and judicial control.
	
		&nbsp;
	
		Previously, it was stated that the criminal complaint made against M.O to the gendermerie and the prosecutor's office was not submitted for processing.
