	NEWS CENTER - SOHR stated that the air defense systems of the Syrian government responded to the airstrike intended to be carried out on the Russian base.

	According to a report from Al Ekhbariya television several missile drones took off from the Latakia-Idlib axis on Saturday evening in the city of Jableh. The Syrian Human Rights Observatory (SOHR) states that the explosions occurred near the Russian air base in Khmeimim. SOHR stated that the Syrian government's air defense systems responded to drones attacking the Russian base.
